Advanced Fiber & Material Development

High-Strength Cut and Heat-Resistant Fibers : We independently develop and commercialize advanced fibers with superior cut and heat resistance. This is essential for achieving optimal safety performance in high-risk industrial environments.
Non-toxic, High-Performance Yarn : We are dedicated to developing next-generation functional yarns that are harmless to the human body, protecting worker health, and minimizing environmental impact.

Eco-Friendly Coating Technology

Air-Urea Coating Technology : Our exclusive Air-Urea® coating technology, developed in South Korea, forms a cushion structure that provides a light, plush feel and superior protection. Technology supports sustainable environmental practices by producing products through an industrial wastewater-free process that complies with environmental regulations.
Minimizing Harmful Substances : We have independently developed and applied a water-based, eco-friendly coating that minimizes harmful substances and eliminates carcinogens, moving away from conventional chemical-based coatings. Carcinogens are not used at any stage of manufacturing, so there's no risk of absorbing harmful substances through skin contact, and no industrial wastewater is generated.

Ergonomic-Based Product Design

Our production expertise focuses on ergonomic designs that allow for long-lasting comfort and breathability, reducing fatigue during extended wear. This research is not just about protection, but also about considering the user's comfort and work efficiency.

Food Contact Safety Research

ZETTACUT conducts rigorous research on food contact safety to ensure products can be used safely in environments where they come into direct contact with food. By obtaining FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approval, we prove that our products are free from the risk of potentially harmful substance transfer during food processing and handling. This provides the technical foundation for ZETTACUT products to be safely and hygienically used in food-related industries like meat and fish processing and shellfish handling.

Sustainable Production Research

Adopting Eco-Friendly Production Systems : We are researching ways to achieve sustainable manufacturing processes by adopting eco-friendly production systems that exclude carcinogenic solvents, eliminate industrial wastewater, and use recycled materials. This demonstrates ZETTACUT's commitment to both environmental protection and corporate social responsibility (ESG).
