As an organic textile fiber with high heat resistance, carbon fiber can withstand extreme environments of over 1,000 degrees Celsius. Its heat resistance is far superior to aramid fibers, making it suitable for a wide range of industries including metallurgy, petrochemicals, firefighting, machinery, shipbuilding, aviation, and satellite technology. It is also a body friendly material, with 99.9% antibacterial and 99% deodorizing effects. It's safe for direct skin contact and even suitable for innerwear. Aramid is a high-performance synthetic fiber with an aromatic polyamide structure. It is lightweight yet has a tensile strength over five times greater than steel. Widely used in stab proof and bulletproof materials, it features excellent resistance to cuts and tears. Nylon

The term "nylon yarn" refers to a synthetic fiber, and it is classified by its level of luster. The degree of shine is determined by two main methods: the amount of a delustering agent, such as titanium dioxide (TiO2), and the cross-sectional shape of the fiber. By changing the fiber's cross-section to a triangular or Y-shape, the way light refracts can be altered to control its sheen. For instance, Semi-Bright (SBR) yarn has a higher, more brilliant luster than standard round fibers. It is also glossier than Bright (BR) material. Nylon coating are known for their comfortable fit and excellent breathability, which prevents sweating during long hours of work.

Polyester

Polyester fiber was industrialized by the British company I.C.I (Imperial Chemical Industry) in 1950 and has since been in full-scale production. It is highly durable due to its strong friction resistance and wrinkle resistance. After heat treatment, products can be used without ironing even after washing. With tensile strength second only to nylon, its strength remains unchanged even when wet. Polyester is widely used in various fields, including clothing, furniture covers, blankets, computer mouse pads, waterproof sheets, and industrial ropes and belts.

Conductive / Anti-Static Fibers

Conductive and anti-static fibers are textiles that conduct electricity. They can be divided into two types based on their conductivity level: conductive fibers and anti-static fibers. Conductive fibers protect sensitive semiconductor related products from static electricity on the human body, while anti-static fibers release static electricity to prevent it from building up. Our copper-conductive yarn infused coating require the highest static specifications among all conductive yarns. These coating provide a comfortable and safe experience due to their antibacterial and deodorizing effects. Our anti-static coating are woven with U3 carbon and feature a PU coating on the fingertips to prevent contamination and slipping, allowing for delicate tasks. These coating are designed for precision work, offering excellent stretch and breathability, and are also more economical than standard carbon yarn coating.
